I liked the place, everything was good. The staff was attentive and accommodating with exceptional services. The English breakfast was sensational, staff quickly refilled empty items. The venue was in a central location really close to the river, restaurant, and the Thames. I had enjoyable days staying at this old-fashioned hotel.

I only stayed for the 1 night but we had everything we needed. The Italian Restuarant was very good, great service and nice food would recommend. Our room was looking out to the river which was lovely.

My wife and I stayed four nights. We enjoyed the experience very much, and the location on the Thames is a bonus. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the full English breakfast is one of the best.

We sat in the lounge/bar for over an hour and at least five tables covered with used crockery/cutlery/glasses were not cleared. It was very quiet and there was no reason why the person serving in the bar at the time could not have cleared the tables. No other staff appeared to be around.

This was a good bargain for a reasonable quality hotel right on the river Thames. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere for a pleasant evening over unpretentious pub food and good beer. If the weather is right, you can enjoy pleasant views of the river just across the road from the pub, or even (if you are lucky) from your room.
The breakfast was poorly organised and in a rather depressing room. Some products ran out and there was no attempt to replace them. In the room itself, the shower was erratic and the television difficult to manage (several remote controls and no instructions how to use them).

I thoroughly enjoyed the charming decor and clean, comfortable spaces in Uno Hotel Thames. The staff were utterly attentive, always ready to assist. I particularly appreciated the lovely views of the river .
Better accessibility for seniors would be appreciated.

Its location suited us for a long weekend away. We used to live in the area (26 years ago) and revisited some of our old haunts! The bar food was good value for money, but if you want a hot plate ask for one, our first night meal was spoilt by cold plates. Second night, when I asked was totally different.
Standard of plumbing could be improved, but did work, just. First room we had the toilet did not flush, moved with no problem to another room, sink and shower in this room very slow to drain away. Again livable with but not the what one would expect.
